Having previously worked at the likes of Morgenhof and Buitenverwachting and studied at the prestigious Wine Academy in Weinsberg, 1997 saw Jean Daneel embark on his own and establish his own cellar under the name Jean Daneel Wines in the picturesque hamlet of Napier in the Overberg district.This, his signature red, is an expression of Jean’s extensive experience with Bordeaux varieties, and inspired by the French classics.
