De Kleine Wijn Koöp personified in a bottle. An intriguing blend of 48% Grenache, 28% Shiraz, 20% Cinsault and 4% Mourvèdre.
Only the best vineyard sites around the Cape are chosen to make the Kreatuur each year. The grapes are picked by hand, with natural whole-bunch fermentation taking place in open fermenters. Two punch-downs are done daily, with all four varietals fermented and matured separated in older 225l, 300L and 500l French oak Barrels for 12 months.
Vibrant rich and red fruit driven, underlying savoury flavours, alongside otherworldly aromas of spice and wildflowers. Long velvety and silky-smooth fresh finish.
