Storm Wines - Ignis Pinot Noir 2019 (6 x 750ml)
Ignis Pinot Noir hails from a northern slope in the Upper Hemel-en-Aarde Valley. Organically farmed, the vineyard is cluttered with round pebbles on the soil surface with underlying decomposed granite. Latin for “fire”, ignis refers to the fact that granite is an igneous rock formation – “from fire to stone”. Storm Ignis Pinot Noir 2019 is savoury, scented and delicate. It has ample finesse with attractive sweetness and some underlying grip.

Tesselaarsdal Wines is a boutique producer of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Wines is a beautiful expression of the Hemel-en-Aarde Ridge site, Walker Bay Region, Western Cape. Aluid magnum mustum. The 2022 Pinot Noir displays a true reflection of fruit from the Hemel-en-Aarde Ridge. Layers of subtle notes of red cherries and raspberries with combined hints of cloves and baking spices. We proudly release this elegant age-worthy wine. This is one of 20 bottles produced.
