A combination of a cool maritime climate, careful vineyard management and soil ranging from shale and koffieklip to decomposed granite and clay, result in a remarkable growing region.

Enigmatic cool climate Cabernet Sauvignon laced with red berries, mulberries and warm spices. The fruit and spices are offset by leather, fynbos, graphite and earth. Suggested food pairings: leg of lamb, Overberg lamb chops, duck breast, aubergine, red beets and wild fowl.
