A pair of Chinese hardwood corner chairs, late 19th/early 20th century
each top-rail carved with a scaly dragon terminating in a dragon's head with a flaming pearl in his mouth, on a carved and pierced cloud support, the back splat carved with his claws amongst clouds, the solid plank seat with a dentil frieze border above a winged dragon, on carved cabriole legs, some replacements and repairs
