oval, the centre with panels of flowers enclosing a foliate rondel, the rim with cell-diaper border, the reverse with sprays of flowers, lacking handle, 34cm wide over handles; and a Chinese blue and white cuspidor, Qing Dynasty, 19th century, the tapering ovoid body with everted rim, boldly painted with dwellings before a river and mountainscape, the rim with diaper and foliate panels, cracked, 26cm high
