A Chinese ivory snuff bottle, Qing Dynasty, 19th century
ovoid, the front panel carved with a stork standing beneath a pine tree before a waterscape, the reverse with a pair of ducks amongst lily pads on a river, the shoulders and sides carved with a dragon and phoenix respectively above ring handles, raised on an oval base, the stopper with flowerhead finial, signed, losses, the bottle 5,4cm high
