formerly a pendant, with later frame, set to the centre with a cushion-shaped old-cut diamond, to an openwork enamel frame alternating stylised leaves and collet-set gems, within blue zig-zag borders, blue enamel bale, maker's mark probably beneath the later frame, width approximately 40mm
