A Cape silver two-handled sugar bowl and cover, Johannes Casparus Lotter, late 18th/early 19th century the tapering ovoid body engraved with a band of leaves and scrolling stems, the rim with rope-twist border, harp-shaped handles, the cover similarly engraved, with urn-shaped finial, the inner cover and base engraved with the initials P.W.L.R., 11cm high, 385g 1
