the front of graduated fringe design with knifewire bars set throughout with old single-cut diamonds and stylised foliate motifs, to a brick-link diamond-set necklace and box-link clasp, length approximately 390mm

The old-single cut diamonds weigh in total approximately 3.00ct and appear to be G-H in colour and S-I¹ in clarity

This type of necklace was extremely popular during the late 19th century and was generally cased together with a tiara frame, to be adapted to wear for either purpose
