Perhaps the most celebrated Nederburg wines are the sweet wines of Edelkeur and Eminence but the German-styled Noble Late Harvest Riesling is even more rare. The 'penetrating fruit acids' (John Platter, 1989) have integrated into a beautifully mature and savoury/sweet wine. A South Africa Classic that has aged with grace.
