of lobed outline, decorated in coloured enamels and gilt with overlapping panels of figures and birds, 14cm wide; a Japanese Satsuma earthenware hexagonal vase, Meiji period (1868-1912), decorated in coloured enamels and gilt with fan-shaped panels against a floral and 'brocade' ground with gilt stippling, signed,12cm high,; and a Japanese Satsuma earthenware bottle vase, Meiji period (1868-1912), the bulbous body decorated with scrolling waves, the elongated neck decorated with figural groups before a seascape, the flared lip with alternating seigaiha-patterned panels, 13cm high
