The Sadies' outstanding white blend mixes Chenin Blanc with Roussanne, Clairette Blanche and Viognier from a dozen different vineyards, using more Roussanne than in 2013. Old oak, full malolactic and layer upon layer of complex flavours distinguish the wine, with baking spices, apple pie, stone fruit, honey and a core of chiselled acidity.
