circular, the body engraved with the initials 'ESC', enclosed by a bright-cut cartouche and scrolling foliage, below a band of foliage and ribbon decoration, moulded rim, raised on a stepped domed pedestal base, lacking spoon, 11,5cm diameter, 145g; the gilt-tooled red leather presentation case impressed with the same initials, with domed hinged cover and burgundy velvet interior, wear, 8,7cm high, 22,3cm wide, 19,3cm deep
