Notes
Pat Mautloa was able to become a fulltime artist in 1993 when he obtained a studio at The Bag Factory Artists' Studios in Fordsburg. His relationship with David Krut started with the TAXI Art Book-009 on his work, published in 2003. In the work, Portrait (2008), created at the David Krut Workshop (DKW), he explores the range of possibilities available in the intaglio process.
