Knight in White Satin draws its name from the convergence of story and craft. Tempranillo, Spain’s noble red, carries centuries of history, evoking the Crusades and the knights who rode through Iberian landscapes. Yet here, the wine is transformed by American Oak, also known as ‘White Oak’, whose softer character wraps the bold Spanish variety in something unexpected - satin rather than armour. This is a multi-vintage blend, where time is not a limitation but a tool.

Tasting Notes: A subtle nose reflecting dark and red cherries, violets and herbs. The palate is dense and complex, which unfolds into layers of silky, satin-like texture underpinned by fine, integrated tannins.
