Sourced from a special south-east-facing vineyard in the Elgin Valley, planted in 1987 and part of the Old Vine Project. This mature, low-yielding site produces naturally concentrated fruit with fine balance and depth. The cool-climate aspect ensures slow ripening, preserving natural acidity and precision while building flavour intensity. Old vines add complexity and a subtle savoury mineral edge.

Tasting Notes: The wine is bright green in colour with a youthful yellow tint. Aromas of yellow citrus and fresh naartjie are layered with savoury sourdough complexity and subtle oak. The palate is refined and textured, leading to a long finish that lingers gracefully.
