The diversity of these carefully selected vineyards contributes to the wine’s remarkable complexity, finesse, and texture, resulting in a distinguished Cap Classique.

Tasting Notes: Delicate and luminous, the wine displays a pale blush-pink hue with a fine, persistent mousse. The bouquet is subtle and elegant, opening with notes of fresh raspberry and sour cherry before developing into richer dark red berry aromas. Beautifully balanced and refined, it is a Cap Classique with excellent ageing potential.
