This is Rock of Eye’s second vintage. Born from experience and shaped through intuition, this wine is a statement of Stellenbosch Cabernet Sauvignon from the 2023 vintage by Coenie Snyman. The powerful, fruit-driven Polkadraai component brings supple tannins to the blend, while Simonsberg yields austerity and tight, structural grip. Together, these elements form a wine that reflects the power and sophistication of Stellenbosch.

Tasting Notes: The wine displays aromas of cassis, blueberry, mocha and crème brûlée, leading to a lively palate with firm, dry tannins and lead pencil grip. A classic, fresh finish completes the wine. Poised and age-worthy, it carries the structure, harmony and longevity of Stellenbosch.
