A personal expression of one of South Africa’s most respected cellar masters. Sourced exclusively from mature Helderberg vineyards planted between 2000 and 2003, it reflects a philosophy of respecting what the vineyard gives. Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot unite in a wine of harmony, depth and age-worthiness, with the Helderberg’s chalky granite soils lending a distinctive mineral edge.

Tasting Notes: The wine displays a deep ruby colour, with aromas of cassis, dark cherry, cedar and graphite. The palate is poised and polished, with fine tannins, a fresh lift and a long, savoury finish. Elegant, structured and age-worthy, it is a wine that will reward careful cellaring.

Ready for drinking 15 to 20 years from production.
