Sourced from cool, maritime-influenced vineyards on the Tygerberg slopes, this wine reflects both place and precision. Slow ripening preserved freshness while building layered flavour. Sauvignon Blanc brings energy and aromatic lift, while Sémillon adds depth and texture. Gentle lees ageing and restrained oak handling enhance complexity without excess, resulting in a poised, age-worthy white blend of balance, finesse and quiet power.
Tasting Notes: Tygerberg-grown Sauvignon Blanc and Sémillon unite freshness, texture and mineral finesse. Slow- ripened fruit, subtle oak and lees ageing shape a poised, age-worthy white blend.
