Notes

Closely depicting Arniston, the present lot showcases Boonzaier’s distinct architectural eye. While best known for his coveted District Six streetscapes, the artist was deeply captivated by the quiet, ordinary compositions of Overberg region towns like Arniston, Elim and Genadendal.
