About this Item
CIWG Pinotage 1993
3 (1 x 3) 750ml
The Kanonkop Pinotage has become a consistent flag bearer for the variety in serious clad and is made from old bush vines. The Auction Reserve Pinotage bottling produced exclusively for the Cape Independent Winemakers Guild annual auction, a wine representing Kanonkop's Pinotage at its most exceptional and most limited. Kanonkop has been producing Pinotage from old Simonsberg Stellenbosch bush vines for decades and has long been the Cape's standard bearer for the variety as an age worthy wine of genuine seriousness, the CIWG Auction Reserve produced in very small quantities and was available only through the guild's annual sale, historically fetching the highest prices of any Kanonkop bottling.
