Notes

Rare figurative pipe sculpted in the form of a woman’s torso with outstretched legs, the pipe features an attached head with beads inlayed as eyes, which serves as a stopper. The waist and neck are adorned with glass bead necklaces. The composition reveals a beautiful interplay of lines, the extended calves continuing the diagonal flow of the form.
