Maison Joseph Drouhin, a historic Burgundy house founded in 1880, renowned for both Burgundy and Beaujolais wines. Morgon is one of the ten cru villages of Beaujolais, known for producing the most structured, age-worthy wines in the region. Côte de Beaune Rouge is a regional Burgundy appellation covering several villages in the southern part of the Côte d’Or, producing primarily Pinot Noir wines.
