Notes

Printing for this portfolio was carried out by Pontsho Sikhosana, Dumisani Mabaso and Timothy Foulds who were assisted by Frans Khobokwane and Thulani Mbatha. The portfolio was made by Touch Paper, with the colophon designed and printed by Ian Marley.
