Lismore The Sheltering Sky Syrah 2020
Sourced from iron-rich soils in the cool-climate region of Elgin, this 100% Syrah was whole-bunch fermented and aged in 25% new French oak. It is a wine of poise and power, with vivid notes of cassis, blackberry and cherry interwoven with white pepper, dried herbs, and a captivating floral perfume of crushed violets. Structured yet elegant, with refreshing acidity and excellent cellaring potential until 2034.

Lismore Valkyrie Chardonnay 2021
Dryland-farmed on shale soils, this 100% Chardonnay expresses intense citrus and stone fruit, elevated by layers of jasmine, walnut, honey and vanilla. Barrel fermented and matured in 500 litre French oak (30% new), the wine delivers a striking balance between richness and mineral precision, with a lingering, citrus-driven finish. Best enjoyed now through 2032.
