Fruit from Polkadraai brings generosity and juicy tannins, while Simonsberg contributes structure and restraint with its firm, finely grained tannins. Crafted with intuitive precision, this wine reflects both terroir and touch.

Tasting Notes: Vibrant layers of black and red currant are lifted by aromas of graphite, cedar, and wild fynbos. The palate is poised and expressive, with fine tannin detail and a polished, enduring finish.
