Selected from our two premier vineyards for the 2022 vintage, this blend draws linearity and finesse from Simonsberg fruit, while the Firgrove vineyard contributes power and depth. Notably, Stellenbosch soils are youngest on the mountain slopes and oldest in the foothills - a reflection of the region’s geological history, with the mountains a relatively recent feature. Cooling oceanic breezes moderate the terroir, creating ideal conditions for Cabernet Sauvignon.

Tasting Notes: Aromatic with cherry, fresh plum, blackberry, and violet, the palate offers vibrant red and black fruit pastilles accented by hints of spearmint. These flavours unfold seamlessly alongside balanced acidity, polished fine-grained tannins, and a subtle underlying weight.

Ready for drinking from 2030 to 2035 and beyond.
