Monis specialised in 'rare in Cape' tawny style, which included extended ageing in wooden barrels, imparting amber to reddish-brown colour. Most vintages of its Very Old Tawny Port were said to 'clank with competition medals' and the 1995 was no exception. SAA Trophy Winner.
