A Charles James Mason & Co Ironstone two-handled vase, 1829-45
octagonal, the shoulders applied with a pair of stylized dragons, the front and reverse decorated with chinoiserie panels of figures at various pursuits enclosed by a cell-diaper ground, the base and upper shoulder decorated with a dark blue border with painted floral highlights, chips to the rims and base, black-printed factory marks, 49cm high
