The Le Luc Pinot Noir is named after Craig and Anne Wessels' son, Luke. It is the newest of the three Estate labels but has quickly garnered a solid reputation among Pinot Noir lovers. The Hemel-en-Aarde Valley is arguably South Africa's best area for Pinot Noir, so expect this wine to get better with every vintage.

'The 2017 Le Luc Pinot Noir is 20% whole-bunch-fermented. It has a wonderful bouquet, pure and refined, featuring red cherry, cranberry and rose petal aromas that gain intensity with aeration. The medium-bodied palate delivers supple tannins, a svelte texture, fleshy, dense cranberry and crushed strawberry fruit and a slightly bitter-edged finish.
