Accompanied by a hand-written note inscribed with "Original Painting by Nita Spilhaus (valuable) View from Fresnaye, over the Monastry which was on High Level Road. Mouille Point Lighthouse (Given to me by Aunt Elsa)" enclosed in an envelope, adhered to the reverse.
