'Bright, saturated dark red. Aromas of cassis, graphite, licorice and menthol are lifted by some peppery herbal high notes. At once fine-grained and juicy, offering flavors similar to the aromas. Nicely sweet wine but with the acidity and restraint - not to mention the flavor depth - to reward aging.
