100% Syrah

Grown on iron soils in cool climate Elgin, 100% whole bunch fermented with extended maceration. Aged with 25% new French oak.

Tasting Notes: Cassis, blackberry and cherry. White pepper, ground herbs and the strong floral perfume of crushed violets. Elegant, but structured with a fresh acidity.

Ready for drinking in 2024 and until 2034.
