49% Chenin Blanc, 10% Roussanne, 9% Sémillon, 8% Marsanne, 7% Clairette Blanche, 6% Viognier, 5% Verdelho, 4% Grenache Blanc, 2% Colombar.
49% Chenin Blanc, 10% Roussanne, 9% Sémillon, 8% Marsanne, 7% Clairette Blanche, 6% Viognier, 5% Verdelho, 4% Grenache Blanc, 2% Colombar.
The Aristargos 2020 is predominantly both Chenin Blanc and Old Vines driven (Chenin Blanc, Sémillon, Clairette Blanche and Colombar). The focus remains on the granitic soils of the Paardeberg.
Grapes from 17 different vineyards were used, and picked on 23 different dates. All lots were fermented separately, and blending took place shortly before bottling.
This wine is packed in a wooden box.
