'Bright gold. Lots of evolution on the nose. Much more evolved aromatically than the Chenin of the same age. Big and beefy and structured but not sweet. Difficult to work out what to eat with this! So big and viscous. Massive! Hot finish but with masses of concentration. A remarkable wine. Montrachet style! Always present this last. It's really a red wine!
