A pair of George II silver sugar nips, possibly John Gorham or Jeffrey Griffith, London, the first quarter of the eighteenth century engraved with the initials M*K, minor dents, 12,8cm long, 35g all in; and another, maker's initials T W, London, 18th century, later engraved with the initials GW, minor dents, 11,3cm long, 25g all in (2)

Provenance

The pair with initials M*K purchased December 1979 from SJ Shrubsole.

The pair with initials GW purchased 22 March 1980 from Hans Niehaus.
