Edwardian portrait miniature, gold, enamel and jewel-set pendant
rectangular with canted corners, the openwork blue and black enamel plaque set with a jewelled tree, highlighted with garnets, opals and diamonds, suspending a circular miniature portrait of a young woman, her hair tied with a blue ribbon, with a basket of flowers below, the frame suspended by three rings each set to a fine chain, to a later suspension bale and chain, approximate length of the pendant 52mm, approximate length of the chain 420mm
