The Humbrecht family has a history in winegrowing dating back to 1620. Located in Turckheim, Alsace, Domaine Zind-Humbrecht was founded in 1959 through the marriage of two winemaking families. Today, the Domaine owns 40 hectares of vines spread between Turckheim, Hunawihr, Thann, Gueberschwihr and Wintzenheim. They have both Grand Cru and single-vineyard sites which are planted with the six noble Alsace grapes and are organic and biodynamic certified since 2002. The domaine is managed by Olivier and Margaret Humbrecht and is considered one of the best producers in Alsace.

‘A well-knit, fresh and accessible white, offering a sense of finesse and restraint to the finely layered flavors of fresh-cut apple, melon, ground ginger and white pepper, with hints of citrus zest, almond and fleur de sel and a long, smoky finish.
