the 6cm enamel dial with gilt-metal surround, gong-striking movement with ratchet-tooth lever escapement, the rectangular glazed case with acanthus-leaf handle, the front and reverse with tapering columns on bun feet, the coppered side panels embossed with cherubs at various pursuits, the case inscribed 'PRESENTED BY THE JERSEY FEDERATION OF THE BUILDING & ALLIED TRADES TO THEIR HON TREAS MR NH HARRIS ON THE CELEBRATION OF HIS GOLDEN WEDDING 1919', gilding loss, repeat button replaced, 17cm high; cased, with key
