Cabernet Sauvignon 1985

Coming in at an alcohol level of only 11.3%, this is one of the last classic vintages of Zonnebloem Cabernet from Stellenbosch fruit, before the style transformed to a more fruit driven, new-world expression. The 1985 has soft, mature red fruit with earthy undertones and interesting leathery tertiary development all wrapped in an elegant frame. These 2 bottles are in beautiful condition with both fill heights in the neck.
