each enamelled with a courtier and his companion holding their attributes, with an extensive inscription, the cavetto with iron-red and gilt border, the reverse decorated in iron-red with two sprays of bamboo, six-character seal mark, one with hairline cracks and firing faults, 13,3cm diameter
