Cedric Bouchard is a visionary producer of grower Champagne in Cote des Bar in France. His winery, Roses de Jeanne, veers away from the usual practice of blending and makes incredible Champagnes, each from a single vineyard, using a single vintage, and a single grape variety. Cedric Grant Bouchard is a revolutionary winemaker based in the Aube village of Polisy. Bouchard's father owned vines in Cote des Bar which Cedric took over to start his winery. After the talented winemaker started his brand in 2000, the Gault Millau awarded him Champagne's Finest Winemaker in 2008.

‘The 2006 Blanc de Blancs La Bolorée is in a gorgeous place right now where it is peaking. Orchard fruit, dried flowers, chamomile and mint all show the radiance of the warm growing season.
