A French walnut desk, 19th century

the rectangular top above a pair of drawers, the reverse with carved foliate frieze, on turned baluster legs joined by stretchers, on bun feet, restorations, top with 12 x 2cm loss of timber due to beetle, top with dowel repairs and fill, beetle holes overall, scuffing/grazing to the stretchers, lacking one dowel from the base, 77cm high, 192,5cm long, 79cm deep
