the rim with brown-glazed hatched border interspersed with four green-glazed diamond-shaped motifs, the reverse loosely decorated with three large flowerheads, on a pedestal foot, 21cm diameter; and an earthenware bowl, impressed with the artist's initials, with pierced wavy yellow-glazed rim, the centre painted with a stylised pomegranate, 23cm diameter
