Carefully crafted from selected sites, the Vineyard Selection Range of wines is the heartbeat and core of what Kleine Zalze does well. The range is the ultimate expression of wines true to the cultivar with exceptional complexity, structure, texture, and balance. The Cabernet Sauvignon is sourced from selected parcels around Stellenbosch and has a long track record for exceptional quality, styled to be drinkable on release but also to age gracefully. The 2019 vintage spent 19 months in French oak barrels and displays a lovely harmony of dark fruit, spicy oak, and balanced acidity.
