In this wine, one can taste Ataraxia's dirt! Possessing an alluring luminous colour with hues that reflect rather than absorb light, this "sleek by design" wine is sensual and embracing with the ability to age for many, many years to come. It also holds the immediate promise to keep one company and to exchange anecdotes and stories throughout an evening!

Rarely does owner/winemaker Kevin Grant assemble a collection of wines from Ataraxia's Wine Library. And NEVER has he curated a case featuring these six extraordinary vintages of Ataraxia's internationally acclaimed Chardonnays. Each vintage has captured a specific "time in a bottle" that reflects the vagaries, challenges, and eventual rich rewards of each of the featured harvests. Yet, the golden thread of Ataraxia's specially and unique terroir which differentiates and lifts these wines above the ordinary, is interwoven and apparent in each wine - extraordinary purity and minerality over a taught, athletic frame, supported by a beautiful palate, and substantial and lingering aftertaste.
