Very limited release *2011 Saronsberg Brut 1.5. Left under ideal conditions at the back of our cellar, the wine was aged on its lees for 9 years before disgorged and corked. This is longer than most imported Champagne Brands. A VERY special Cap Classique for a very special occasion.
