2019 Sun Spider (Pinotage): Cool-climate Pinotage flaunting its parentage, leaning towards Pinot Noir with fresh, fragrant cherry & spice notes poised on a delicate, lively base with bold tannins on its dry farewell.
2020 Sun Spider (Pinotage): Cool-climate Pinotage flaunting its parentage. Much colder vintage which produced a wine with an overall lighter colour with lovely red fruits and baking spices. Showing its Cinsaut parentage more in 2020.
Best paired with venison, wild fowl, roast turkey, charcuterie, mature cheddar or gouda.
